Starting his career in the US staffing industry, he spent 2 years providing career guidance to professionals and supporting Fortune 500 companies with recruitment. For the past 5 years, he has focused on the Indian higher education sector, traveling extensively across India to inspire students to make informed career choices based on their personality, aptitude, way of learning and interests.

His mission is to provide career guidance to at least 2% of students worldwide. Avidly interested in cycling, yoga, and travel, Mr. Pokhariya has significantly impacted the lives of over 10,000 students through personality-based counseling initiatives while working at Sri Sri University, Odisha, India.
